Ownership Options aims to create inclusion and equal access for disabled people to home ownership. We need you to offer advice to disabled people, their families and those who assist them on overcoming the financial, legal and property barriers that they face; and to broker person-centred, creative approaches to supporting disabled people into home ownership. You’ll also develop close relationships with other agencies, building their capacity to do the same. You’ll need a background in a related area, such as welfare rights, housing, benefits, advocacy or the law and at least 1 year’s experience of providing advice. As importantly, you need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work on your own initiative. We offer flexible working conditions, training and commitment to staff development.
